Why did I call this book the prophetic heart of God? I believe God has highlighted His heart because if we don’t know His heart, how can we understand what He communicates through the prophetic gift? As a child of God our position in Jesus Christ changes everything. We are no longer orphans because when we receive God’s gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, we are adopted into God’s family and are seated in heavenly places.
God is looking for those with a heart for Him. I see Him scanning the earth to see the hearts of people. Who will come up higher and receive the heart of God to steward it and release His Kingdom on the earth. Let our prayer be, Lord “open the eyes of our heart” as it is in Ephesians 1:18 “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people”.
We need to be pursuers of God’s Heart if we are going to understand His communication style. God’s prophetic gift is more than words, it is His heart and will for our lives. Through God’s Spirit, the prophetic gift reveals the deeper things of God that He created us for before the creation of the world. As we seek God and walk in His ways, we will experience His river like never before! This book will cover the following topics:
